Dubai South, the UAE’s largest single-urban master development focused on aviation, logistics, and real estate, has partnered with INDU Kishore Logistics to break ground on a cutting-edge logistics facility in Dubai South’s Logistics District. This facility marks a crucial step in INDU Kishore Logistics’ expansion strategy as it positions itself as a multi-industry logistics leader.
The groundbreaking event was attended by key figures, including AbdulBasit AlMarzouqi, Deputy CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, and Kishore Lakhani, Chairman of INDU Group, along with senior executives from both organizations.
Covering approximately 23,000 square meters with a capacity for 75,000 pallets, the facility is set for completion by Q3 2025. Designed to efficiently handle spare parts of varying sizes, it will utilise data-driven automation to streamline operations, enabling swift turnaround times and an optimized flow of shipments.
