AGMC, the official importer of BMW Group vehicles for Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates, is using the 24th edition of Intersec – the safety and security industry’s global meeting place that runs from January 17-19 in Dubai – to showcase the latest generation of BMW and BMW Motorrad Authority and Protection vehicles.
AGMC says it wants to be at the forefront of accelerating conversations at the global event to equip authorities, institutions and customers with state-of-the-art authority and security vehicles.
Among the BMW models on display at Intersec 2023 are the BMW R 1250 RT-P, F 900 XR and F 850 GS-P bikes, the electric BMW CE 04-P scooter, the G70 authority specified electric limousine, and the G05 armored X5 Protection vehicle.

According to AGMC, each of the BMW models on display at Intersec is a ‘testimony to the seamless integration of protective measures, innovative materials and state-of-the-art development techniques’.
Among them, BMW Motorrad motorcycles arrives with a sophisticated concept that is claimed to meet the highest demands in terms of flexibility, agile handling, and dynamic appearance.
“The BMW R 1250 RT-P is a deployment all-rounder that has distinguished itself whether during police operations on highways or in city escorts. Driven by a powerful BMW ShiftCam boxer engine, the bike boasts muscle as well as efficiency, and scores high on ergonomic long-distance comfort as well as manoeuvrability. The BMW F 850 GS-P meanwhile impresses with its highly direction-stable chassis and speed – qualities that exemplifies the bike in police and rescue deployments as a thoroughbred endurance rider.”
