CARS24 expands service portfolio for UAE used car market

Customer-to-Customer (C2C) service directly connects private sellers with buyers, and 'Doorstep Servicing' opened for at-home car maintenance

CARS24, a leading name in the automotive sector, has introduced two new services designed to enhance customer experiences and align with its digital-first approach, providing unparalleled convenience to its UAE clientele. These latest offerings include a Customer-to-Customer (C2C) service that directly connects private sellers with buyers, as well as a ‘Doorstep Servicing’ option for at-home car maintenance.

With a commitment to driving the digital transformation of the automotive industry, CARS24’s C2C service allows users to search for private sellers on the app, facilitating direct communication and transactions for buying or selling vehicles. This marketplace-style model is built to foster trust and transparency, which CARS24 identifies as a critical factor for customers when engaging in car transactions.

In response to a growing demand for streamlined, one-stop-shop solutions, CARS24 has also launched its ‘Doorstep Servicing’. This service enables customers to access regular car maintenance from the comfort of their homes. Through flexible scheduling options, experienced technicians deliver essential maintenance directly to customers’ doorsteps, ensuring hassle-free service and timely access to car care.

The doorstep service is part of CARS24’s comprehensive preventive care package, which includes services such as engine oil changes, oil filter replacement, AC filter inspection and cleaning, fluid top-ups, and a thorough inspection of 12 critical checkpoints to ensure that the vehicle remains in top condition.

Abhinav Gupta, CEO of CARS24 Arabia, commented, “As a brand, we are progressively strengthening our one-stop-shop approach by integrating digital solutions to meet the varied and rapidly evolving needs of our consumers. We believe in creating long-term relationships with each of our customers, which has led us to become one of the leading Autotech players in the country. By adding newer services to bring ease and elevate the experience of our users, we aim to build on the trust they have already established with our brand, allowing them to make decisions with complete transparency and reliability.”

Since its establishment in the UAE in 2021, CARS24 has transformed the preowned car market, providing over 30,000 satisfied customers with a seamless and personalised experience. A key asset in the brand’s service offering is its 1,000,000 sq. ft Mega Refurbishment Lab (MRL), a comprehensive facility for all automotive needs. The MRL provides a wide range of services, including mechanical repairs for various models, tyre replacements, bodywork, and value-added services like tinting, paint protection, and polishing.

Customers visiting the MRL can also browse and test drive over 1,000 high-quality cars available on-site, making it a one-stop destination for all automotive needs. Through these new services, CARS24 continues to set the benchmark in convenience and customer satisfaction, reinforcing its role as a major player in the UAE’s used car market.
