FESPA Middle East to Showcase Regional Talent in Vehicle Wrapping with World Wrap Masters

The prestigious World Wrap Masters competition is coming to FESPA Middle East from 20-22 January 2025 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, inviting skilled wrappers and vehicle wrap enthusiasts to showcase their talents on a global stage. As part of an international series, this unique event combines top talent in vehicle wrapping and creative vinyl applications and will culminate in the World Wrap Masters Final in Berlin in May 2025.

This exciting competition offers regional participants an unmatched opportunity to learn from internationally renowned wrap experts. Workshops and demonstrations will be held in conjunction with The Wrap Institute, providing valuable insights and tips on achieving flawless vinyl application. Participants will also have the chance to impress a panel of expert judges as they complete a series of challenging wraps in categories such as colour change wraps, paint protection film (PPF), and printed vinyl application on vehicles and various objects.

Bazil Cassim, Regional Manager (Middle East & Africa) at FESPA, said, “The World Wrap Masters competition at FESPA Middle East offers an unrivalled opportunity for the region’s wrapping community to showcase their skills and learn from world-renowned experts. Participants can take their expertise to the next level by learning the latest vinyl products, tools, and techniques. Given the growing momentum in the region’s wrapping industry, we anticipate significant interest in this year’s competition.”

With the GCC experiencing substantial growth in the automotive wrap films market, driven by rising vehicle sales and a demand for speciality products in the region’s hot climate, World Wrap Masters promises to capture the enthusiasm of the Middle East’s wrapping community. The global automotive wrap films market is projected to reach approximately USD 39.31 billion by 2033, highlighting the increasing importance of this niche within the automotive industry.

Contestants will compete across three days in several rounds, racing against the clock to complete a series of wraps with speed and technical precision. The winner of the Middle East round will earn the coveted title of ‘World Wrap Masters Middle East Champion’ and will receive a trophy, prizes, and an all-expenses-paid trip to the Grand Final in Berlin from 6-9 May 2025.

Participants who wish to compete must be available for all three days of the competition at FESPA Middle East and should be prepared to bring their A-game to each challenge.
