Recognising these prevalent challenges, Bridgestone’s Breakdown Service provides rapid roadside assistance through a dedicated mobile application and multilingual call centre, promising a response time of just 45 minutes region-wide.
The Breakdown Service also ensures real-time GPS tracking and streamlined communication among fleet managers, drivers, and service technicians, minimising downtime and associated operational disruptions.
Moreover, this initiative aligns seamlessly with Bridgestone’s E8 Commitment framework, which focuses on sustainable and responsible fleet operations.
