Pasilauskas has more than six years of experience in the Girteka Group. In 2019, he joined the group’s subsidiary Class Trucks, where he served as CEO for four years, reorganising sales, operations and administrative structures, and successfully expanding international operations in Lithuania, the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland. Later, Pasilauskas became Girteka’s CEO, and most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer, the firm said.

“Mindaugas’ strong experience in international markets and deep understanding of the company’s operations will help strengthen partnerships with customers and lead our commercial team. “Girteka has always been a great place for ambition and growth. Having worked within the group for several years, I know and appreciate the potential and proactivity of the team. I come to this position with a clear goal – to strengthen the company’s commercial activities. Together with the team, we will optimise sales processes, align commercial strategy with customer needs, and drive sustainable long-term growth. I will strive to make our solutions even more data-driven and customer-focused, strengthening Girteka’s position as a market leader,” Pasilauskas noted.
