Jameel Motors adds Farizon V7E electric cargo van to UAE line-up

The 67kWh V7E offered up to 350km WLTP range and 6.9m³ of cargo capacity, expanding Farizon Auto’s electric commercial vehicle range in the UAE

Jameel Motors has expanded its UAE commercial EV offering with the launch of the Farizon V7E electric panel van, adding a higher-capacity cargo model to a line-up that also included the SV Cargo, SV Passenger and H9E.

The V7E was unveiled at the Jameel Motors and Farizon Auto flagship showroom in Dubai last week. The launch brought Farizon Auto’s full commercial EV range together in the UAE for the first time, covering cargo, passenger and other fleet applications.

Powered by a 67kWh battery, the V7E delivered up to 350km of WLTP range, with 110kW of maximum power and 230Nm of torque. Its electric drivetrain used a single-speed transmission and supported both AC and DC charging. Maximum speed was rated at 120km/h.

The van measured 4,995mm long, 1,820mm wide and 1,985mm high, with a 3,200mm wheelbase. Its cargo compartment provided 6.9m³ of capacity, measuring 2,865mm long, 1,690mm wide and 1,435mm high. The configuration was aimed at applications including logistics, last-mile delivery and service operations.

Important addition to UAE offering

Commenting on the launch, Eddy Al Chaar, Country General Manager – Jameel Motors UAE, said: “The launch of the V7E represents an important addition to Jameel Motors and Farizon Auto’s offering in the UAE, giving fleet operators another practical option as they consider the transition to electric mobility. Range is only one part of that transition. Cargo capacity, payload, charging flexibility, uptime, and operating costs all play an important role in how a commercial vehicle performs day-to-day. The V7E brings these requirements together in a package designed around the realities of fleet operations.”

The cabin featured a 12.3-inch display with Bluetooth, DAB radio, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, alongside a 360-degree camera. Chassis equipment included front and rear disc brakes, MacPherson independent front suspension and rear leaf springs.

Telematics for fleet customer

The launch also featured E Daddy EV Leasing, a UAE Farizon fleet customer that has added V7E vans to its operations. The company demonstrated its Thunderbolt X platform, providing live telematics, vehicle tracking and battery and charging data through its Fleet Intelligence Experience.
