Binghatti Developers has revealed that the construction of Binghatti Developerswill be ready to be delivered by the end of January 2019.
The Dubai-based property developer said construction is being “processed at an accelerated pace” with the basement, ground and six residential floors of the six-storey building already completed.
Binghatti West is being built within the Dubai Land Residential Complex community. Spread over a construction area of 11,450sqm, Binghatti West comprises 47 residential units, including 35 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom apartments.
The development features a tranche of lifestyle amenities such as a heat-monitored swimming pool, a health club, a childrens play area, and a public terrace for residents.
Binghatti Developers is currently constructing a total of 1,772 units in Dubai at projects such as Millennium Binghatti Residences, Binghatti Stars, Binghatti East, Binghatti Sapphires, Binghatti Crystals and Binghatti Platinum.
