AGMC and Chinese car maker Geely Auto have revealed that they will be rolling out numerous new vehicles and services in the months ahead during an event to formerly open their new showroom in Dubai.
Geely is using its new partnership with the luxury automobile importer to effectively relaunch the brand in the market. It plans to leverage AGMC’s service and aftersales support network with its own advanced but competitively priced range of vehicles.
Jan Felton, managing director of Albatha Holding, the owner of AGMC, said adding Geely to its ranks complemented brands such as BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce helping move the firm to a position of being a “a full mobility provider” across the UAE. It was also suggested that the addition of Geely should also strengthen its position in the fleet market.
On show last night was the Monjaro, Geometry C and the Geely Coolray, a B segment SUV which is claimed to “offer a perfect combination of design, power, technology and safety”.
As one of the most popular compact SUVs in the region, Coolray has been designed to deliver an all-round driving experience, and it boasts best-in-class on-board powertrain and cutting-edge technologies such as powerful Engine, BMA Architecture and L2 level ADAS functions.
