Al Habtoor SHINEs a light on aftersales in Dubai

Al Habtoor Motors event celebrates 'innovation and success' at the 2024 Parts Dealer Convention

Al Habtoor Motors, a leading automotive distributor in the UAE, celebrated a year of innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction at its annual Aftersales Parts Dealer Convention in Dubai.

The event brought together partners, employees, and stakeholders to recognise their unwavering dedication to the company’s success and their contributions to maintaining Al Habtoor Motors’ high standards of service.

This year’s convention marked the conclusion of a three-year series under the theme “GROW, EXCEL, SHINE.” The 2024 event focused on “SHINE,” highlighting the company’s recent achievements and its dedication to continuing its trajectory of operational excellence. Over the past three years, Al Habtoor Motors has made substantial strides in adapting to market changes, enhancing its internal processes, and strengthening its partnerships with dealers and stakeholders.

Commitment to Excellence and Customer Satisfaction

Speaking at the event, Mr. Ahmed Al Habtoor, CEO of Al Habtoor Motors, expressed the company’s steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction and service innovation. “As one of the leading automotive distributors in the region, we have always been focused on providing the best customer service and achieving total customer satisfaction,” he stated. “We are continuously looking for ways to innovate and improve internally to allow us to provide more for our loyal customers. Today, we celebrate our successes and show our appreciation for our partners and employees, who play a significant role in our achievements.”

The convention also underscored the importance of collaboration between Al Habtoor Motors and its key partners. MK Rajkumar, Director of Aftersales at Al Habtoor Motors, highlighted the crucial role that dealers and principals play in the company’s success. “The Parts Dealer Convention is more than just an event; it’s a cornerstone of our success,” said Rajkumar. “We highly value the strong partnerships that drive our commitment to making genuine parts available across the UAE, directly to our customers’ doorsteps. As we continue to grow, I am confident that our shared dedication will help us exceed expectations and shine even brighter in the days ahead.”

Recovery, Growth, and Consistency: A Three-Year Journey

The 2024 event celebrated the culmination of a three-year journey that began in 2021, a period Al Habtoor Motors designated as “the year of recovery.” Following the disruptions caused by the global pandemic, the company developed a strategic plan to stabilise the business and position itself for growth. Over the past three years, Al Habtoor Motors implemented over 50 new initiatives and projects aimed at expanding its market presence, attracting new customers, and optimising internal processes.

“After achieving excellence across various facets of the business, our goal was to optimise our operations and ensure consistency in everything we do,” explained Al Habtoor. “This approach has allowed us to perfect our processes, and we are now focused on ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.”

The Parts Dealers have been instrumental in this journey, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and strong market presence. Recognising the importance of partnership and collaboration, Al Habtoor Motors presented Performance Awards to the top-performing Parts Dealers, honouring their contributions with prizes including seven Mitsubishi vehicles, gold coins, and TV sets.
