Zajel, a UAE-based B2B and B2C courier and logistics firm, says it is using this week’s GITEX Global 2023 to highlight its progress in digital transformation technology.
The firm, which has reported ‘remarkable growth’ over the past quarter as well as establishing a new freight forwarding division in September, said tech enthusiasts and visitors at GITEX Global will find updates on its latest innovations and achievements at its stand.
Commenting on how the company has undergone significant internal transformations to enhance its efficiency and emphasise its commitment to delivering first-class service to its clients, Nabeel Al Kharabseh, the newly appointed General Manager of Zajel, said: “Our presence at GITEX is a unique opportunity to showcase our unwavering dedication to providing exceptional logistical solutions. We are continuously working to support our B2B and B2C channels to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”
Zajel’s new freight forwarding department has already successfully transported a substantial shipment of oil and gas from Jebel Ali to Iraq. The operation is described as demonstrating the company’s commitment to “excellence and operational efficiency”.
Zajel says it is also aligned with the UAE’s digital transformation agenda and is set to announce its investments in various intelligent technological solutions and projects for the upcoming year. Among these initiatives are improvements to their ticketing systems, tracking and operations as well CRM, aiming to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
