ADNOC deal as noon pledges to deliver within 15 minutes across UAE

Partnership to offer UAE customers faster, more efficient ways to order online, creating new shopping experiences that prioritize seamlessness and convenience

ADNOC Distribution has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with noon which will lead to the e-commerce experts setting up noon Minutes distribution centres at ADNOC service stations. The aim is to improve noon’s network across the country.

The agreement, formalised during a signing ceremony at ADNOC Distribution’s flagship Corniche service station in Abu Dhabi, was witnessed by H.E. Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Managing Director and Group CEO of ADNOC and Chairman of ADNOC Distribution, and H.E. Mohamed Alabbar, Founder of noon.

As part of the collaboration, noon Minutes distribution centres will be co-located at ADNOC service stations, enabling ultra-fast delivery of products ordered via both the ADNOC Distribution and noon platforms. ADNOC Oasis products will also be available for home delivery via noon riders for the first time, enhancing the convenience of the company’s digital-to-doorstep ecosystem.

The initiative will also integrate ADNOC’s popular Rewards programme with noon’s AI capabilities, allowing for customised promotions and tailored shopping experiences for customers.

The partnership will leverage ADNOC Distribution’s expansive physical retail network alongside noon’s advanced AI-powered logistics capabilities to optimise delivery operations, enable smarter inventory control, and implement real-time route planning. The goal: faster, more efficient, and hyper-personalised services for customers across the UAE.

Commenting on the announcement, Eng. Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, said: “This partnership marks a new chapter in ADNOC Distribution’s transformation. By combining our nationwide retail network with noon’s advanced digital and logistics capabilities, we are accelerating our journey to turn service stations into smart convenience hubs—powered by technology and focused on delivering real value to our customers and shareholders.”

A Digital Leap for Convenience Retail

Faraz Khalid, CEO of noon, welcomed the strategic alignment with ADNOC Distribution, saying: “Our collaboration with ADNOC Distribution is a major step forward in how we redefine convenience for customers in the UAE. By integrating our digital platforms with ADNOC Distribution’s unmatched infrastructure, we will continue to deliver unmatched speed, selection and reliability to our customers. With ADNOC Distribution as a key strategic partner, noon is stronger and even better positioned to serve our customers.”

The ceremony also featured a leadership walkthrough of ADNOC Distribution’s latest tech-enabled services, including:

  • EV Plug + Charge: An automated electric vehicle charging solution

  • Fill & Go: Seamless, app-powered refuelling

  • Click & Collect: In-app ordering and pickup of ADNOC Oasis products

Expanding Reach, Enhancing Speed

With 551 service stations and 373 ADNOC Oasis stores across the UAE, ADNOC Distribution operates the country’s most comprehensive mobility retail network. The company continues to expand its offerings beyond fuel, with mobility services such as EV charging, car washes, and lube changes.

Meanwhile, noon Minutes has been redefining quick commerce across the UAE and KSA, with millions of deliveries completed in under 15 minutes. This new partnership ensures that rapid delivery will reach even more communities, powered by ADNOC Distribution’s widespread physical footprint.
