Al Masaood Automobiles turns to Nissan Retail Concept for Al Ain operation

The new service centre features a total of 107 working bays - 62 for mechanical work and 45 for bodyshop services

Al Masaood Automobiles has opened its renovated Nissan service centre in Al Ain which can service customers in as little as 60 minutes.

In a major departure for a 9,700 sqm facility which first opened in 1978, it has been redesigned to follow the Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) to deliver, the firm says, an upgraded brand experience, optimised design, seamless service process, and digital environment.

With room for up to 200 vehicles per day, the new service centre features a total of 107 working bays – 62 for mechanical work and 45 for bodyshop services, in addition to eight washing bays and 160 parking slots, explained Al Masaood Automobiles.

It added that to ensure the highest level of customer comfort and transparency, the facility has a dedicated consultation area and a welcoming lounge “conveniently positioned” to provide clients with a complete view of the bay areas.

A 60-minute express service is also being offered to “maximise customers’ convenience and satisfaction”.

The facility was inaugurated in the presence of Khalifa Abdulla Al Masaood, board member, Al Masaood Group; Irfan Tansel, CEO, Al Masaood Automobiles; Thierry Sabbagh, president of Nissan Saudi Arabia and managing director of Nissan Middle East; along with senior management executives from Nissan Middle East and Al Masaood Automobiles.

“The redesigned Nissan service centre in Al Ain facility is a part of our continuing efforts to deliver exceptional customer experience and a convenient solution to the people of Al Ain,” said Irfan Tansel, CEO Al Masaood Automobiles.

“This city has always held a special place for us being the heart of Abu Dhabi’s indigenous culture and traditions. The people of this great city have always had a strong connection with Nissan and Al Masaood as a brand.

“With this facility opening, we aim to set new benchmarks in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi’s automotive aftersales market and elevate our customers’ experience with us, in line with Al Masaood Automobiles’ mission and values. The inauguration also reflects our long-term commitment to the capital as one of Nissan’s vibrant markets in the region.”

Thierry Sabbagh, president of Nissan Saudi Arabia and Managing Director of Nissan Middle East, added: “With customers top of mind, we are proud to see the implementation of the Nissan Retail Concept at Al Masaood Automobile’s service center in Al Ain. Marking the second facility to adopt Nissan’s globally consistent retail standards, the newly renovated Nissan service center is a testament of our commitment to improving customer journeys and experiences, and offering employees a safer and more enjoyable working environment.”

Driver’s Notes:

Over the past five years, the centre has witnessed over 45% growth in the annual number of vehicles serviced, and with this expansion the growth is expected to increase even further.

Al Masaood Automobiles’ Nissan Service facility is managed by professional technicians and well-trained teams to provide expert vehicle services using technologically advanced automotive diagnostic tools and equipment. The newly renovated Al Ain facility operates from 8:00 am to 5:45 pm, Mondays to Saturdays.
