Arabian Automobiles opens new Nissan Retail Concept service centre

The roll-out of the Nissan Retail Concept by Arabian Automobiles declared a key milestone for the Nissan brand in the region

Exclusive distributor for Nissan in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates Arabian Automobiles has launched its new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) service center in Dubai.

Located on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road, the new facility is intended to introduce upgraded customer services within a “globally consistent brand experience”, said Arabian Automobiles: “Embodying the new Nissan brand identity, the revamped service center presents a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints through optimised facility design, service process and digital environment.”

The new facility was inaugurated last week during a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Thierry Sabbagh, Managing Director of Nissan Middle East, and Salah Yamout, COO of Arabian Automobiles Company (AAC), along with top management representatives from both companies.

“The roll-out of the Nissan Retail Concept by Arabian Automobiles marks a key milestone for the Nissan brand in the region. It brings together an integrated retail offering and a new-generation space design to provide an optimised customer experience,” said Thierry Sabbagh, Managing Director of Nissan Middle East.

“As our customer lifestyles and expectations continue to evolve, this holistic approach to our retail experience allows us to showcase the breadth of our proposition, bringing us closer to creating a globally consistent brand experience. We are confident that together with our partners we can deliver on our promise of delivering exciting automotive retail experiences to our customers from across the region.”

The new service centre features 76 working bays, eight washing bays and around 300 parking bays, servicing more than 200 vehicles daily. Digital tablets integrates the customer journey online and offline, and with AAC’s signature 60-minute express servicing.

Also present are revamped consultation areas and a lounge for customers servicing their vehicles, where they can oversee the bay area.

“As a leading distributor of Nissan in the region, we have continuously delivered upon our commitment of exceptional service. Our new concept service facility is designed with innovative approach to take the customer experience to a new level. We invite you to visit our service facility and experience our newly designed space,” said Salah Yamout, COO of Arabian Automobiles Company.
