ASGC appointed as main contractor on Address Harbour Point Hotel

ASGC has revealed to MECN that it has been appointed as the main contractor of the Address Harbour Point Hotel project by Dubai Creek Harbour.

ASGC added that it has mobilised on-site and construction is already underway at the project’s location at the soon-to-open Creek Island Dubai residential development.

With easy access to both Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport, the Address Harbour Point Hotel is also close to Creek Marina and its selection of yachting facilities, complete with a yacht club, three hotels, a promenade, landscaped pedestrian walkways, art installations, gourmet restaurants, cafés and entertainment venues.

Address Harbour Point comprises two towers of 65 and 53 storeys and is located next to Creek Heights, a collection of luxury waterfront homes.

Featuring 202 luxury rooms, it will offer a choice of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes and an exclusive ‘Sky Collection’ of 4- and 5-bedroom penthouses on the upper levels, explained the contractor.

“We are confident that Address Harbour Point will be a signature landmark,” said Bishoy Azmy, CEO of ASGC. “We will bring innovative technologies and deep sector experience to the project. We look forward to contributing to the wider Dubai Creek Harbour development and Dubai’s reputation as a global hospitality destination.”

ASGC has been delivering turn key special projects across the UAE for nearly three decades and employs more than 16,000 construction specialists and workers in the UAE,
