Carzilla stomps into market

Carzilla partnering with a variety of local auto-hubs to provide on-demand servicing

Carzilla, a mobile app and platform offering on-demand car servicing, has launched in the UAE.

According to the firm, Carzilla will “allow users to cruise smoothly through their auto-service experience, eliminating many traditional steps in between.”

The on-demand service brings doorstep car servicing facilities to customers via an app or browser, such as such as repairs, performance inspections, washing and other related jobs. In addition, the car repair service app incorporates a live tracking feature, which lets customers track the mechanic, how long it will take to complete, “and whether there have been any snags on the way or not”.

Carzilla says it has partnered with a variety of local auto-hubs, “a promising collaboration which will generate sales for both Carzilla and local companies through its extraordinary platform and mobile application. By using Carzilla, customers will be able to remotely schedule their bookings and begin using the app for all their vehicle necessities.”

Once an account is created, users can decide which services they would like to use, book a pick-up, and a Carzilla representative will then arrive at their preferred location to collect the vehicle. Upon inspection at the facility, customers will receive a diagnostic report featuring a traffic-light system, from green to red, highlighting whether a repair or service needs to be taken care of immediately.

“If you own a vehicle, it’s not a requirement for you to be an expert in mechanics, electronics or components. What matters most to car owners is that they get to drive their vehicle at all times while feeling safe and confident on the road. This is why we created Carzilla. We’re working hard and smart around the clock to ensure your vehicle is taken care of wherever it may be. While you binge watch your favorite netflix show or are at the office, we’ll pick it up, get it serviced, and return it back to you safe and sound,” said Mohammad Khalaf, Co-Founder of Carzilla.

“While this idea is generally built on customer convenience, it’s mostly about trust, transparency and building relationships. That’s why through our elite service station partners all around the UAE, we ensure the best quality of work at the most competitive prices. Our aim is to create long-lasting relationships with all our customers who recognize us as their trusted auto service partner,” added Khalaf.
