Cluttons Middle East has become the sole property manager and leasing agent for Fakhro Tower, which the firm says is one of the key commercial office buildings in Manama. The tower is located opposite Bahrain City Centre Mall and is said to be one of the most sought-after commercial buildings in the city.
According to a statement, the firm is handling commercial space leasing, as well as offering facilities management services in addition to marketing and PR for the property. The appointment follows Cluttons MEs acquisition by real estate firm Savills.

The firm says that it has already leased out 350sqm of commercial space, with ongoing discussions on a further two large offices.
