Emaar has launched the Palace Residences, which is billed as a five-star waterfront residence. The project sits within the 6sqkm Dubai Creek Harbour mega-development and in proximity to Creek Marina and Creek Beach.
According to a statement from Emaar, the Palace Residences by Address Hotels + Resorts is being designed for boutique waterfront living that offers residents spectacular views of the Dubai Creek Harbour.
Located on the promenade, the homes will offer views of Dubai Creek Tower and the nearby Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and will be serviced by Address Hotels + Resorts. The homes are also in walking distance of Dubai Square and adjacent to the upcoming 121-room Palace Dubai Creek Harbour hotel, Emaar says.
The developer notes that the Palace Dubai Creek Harbour and Palace Residences are housed in two contemporary 44-storey towers. Residents will have access to several amenities in both the residential towers and the hotel including a rooftop infinity edge swimming pool, a signature rooftop lounge and grill, a full-fledged gym, 24×7 concierge service and valet parking.
Residents will also be able to use the hotels services and amenities which include a modern spa, meeting rooms, 5-star deluxe hotel service, and all-day dining outlet, said the company statement.
Emaar says over 5,000 residents are expected to move in to their homes in Creek Marina this year, with over 12,750 residents to move in next year.
