Emaar launches residential development in Dubai Creek Harbour

UAE property developer, Emaar has launched Sunset residences, a limited edition one to four-bedroom apartments at its 6 sq. km mega-development, Dubai Creek Harbour.

The developer has mentioned that Sunset residences will have a stand-out location right by Creek Beach and will be located near to the Dubai Creek Tower, Creek Marina and retail centre, Dubai Square. It’s also said to be a pedestrian-friendly community with private gardens, waterfront views and resort-style amenities.

The property will be housed in three low to mid-rise buildings by a podium that will host several lifestyle amenities including a swimming pool, and have easy access to the 300m Creek Beach which will offer vibrant boardwalks, a town centre with retail and F&B (food and beverages), a gym within a private courtyard, outdoor play areas, lawns, a shared community room, and licensed restaurants, according to a statement from the company. Two buildings from the property will be of contemporary architecture, while the third one will carry the Arabesque style.

Another pedestrian bridge will connect the residences to Creek Island Dubai. Creek Island, features the Creek Marina, which will have a 286-room lifestyle hotel Vida Harbour Point, to be opened in 2019.

Dubai Creek Harbour will also have schools, hospitals and recreational facilities as well as two Dubai Metro links. Once completed, it will be home to over 200,000 people.

Developed jointly between Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, the Dubai Creek Harbour will feature over 7.3 million sqm of residential space, nearly 940,000 sqm of retail precincts, 300,000 sqm of commercial space, over 66,000 sqm of cultural space, 700,000 sqm of parks and open spaces, and 24 hotels with 5,800 rooms.
