Hyva has revealed that it recently opened a new service and maintenance workshop in Apeldoorn that will focus on increasing the efficiency, customer excellence and service to respond promptly and efficiently to our customers service requests.
“The new workshop is centrally located to support the needs of the companies in the area as well as to support complete installations of Hyva high quality Flex frames and build-ups on truck and trailers. All work is conducted to the highest levels of Hyva quality and safety by experienced professionals working to carefully defined Hyva controlled processes,” said the company in a statement.
According to the firm, the new location will focus entirely on high performance Hyva hookloader and skiploader systems, cranes, and Hyva’s 5th generation Alpha Tipping Solutions for tippers and other transport applications. Spare parts can be collected from the center or can be delivered directly to the customer for a seamless customer experience.
“Apeldoorn is a very important geographical location from which to serve our customers and it was necessary to take immediate action after the loss of our dealer in this region,” said Ron Ansink, Sales Director Netherlands. “With this location, we ensure that we can further strengthen our position in the Netherlands and deliver the reliable, sustainable and cost-effective solutions that our customers need.”
