Kohler launches new Virtual Booth for online customer outreach

Engine maker says feature a new way to support OEMs and build business-critical relationships in time of current global changes

Global engine and power systems heavyweight, Kohler, has launched a new virtual outreach service with the aim of supporting its customers and showcasing its products and technologies online in a way that is more effective in the current global scenario brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Announcing the new Kohler Virtual Booth, the engine maker said: “Even in this period of great changes in the way we live and work, our determination to provide excellent and innovative products and services has led us to the creation of a new digital space: It is a new way to serve and support OEMs remotely.”

Kohler says visitors to the online Kohler Virtual Booth will find an “authentic experience” for those who “want to deepen their knowledge about Kohler’s products through discussions, webinars and presentations”.

The aim of the service is to make visitors feel exactly the same as they would when coming to Kohler booths at trade shows. Visitors will have the chance to stroll around the booth and find Kohler engines displayed along with a series of technical information. They will also be able to easily book meetings with Kohler’s experts and product managers to discuss the latest developments and to get answers to any questions concerning Kohler’s products and services.

“Also, we have scheduled a series of webinars that will address significant issues in the engine world. You can register and attend them with just a few simple clicks during your visit to the Kohler Virtual Booth,” said the company.

While launching the Kohler Virtual Booth earlier this month, the company said it has identified limited periods for every sector Kohler engines are used in, exactly like trade shows do in the real world. The first focus will be on “Lawn & Garden” until from September 25. Thereafter, Kohler personnel will continue to be available for OEMs of various categories by turn “to show them our portfolio, discuss ongoing projects and propose further developments”.
