Manlift introduces its first Rental App

Powered access rental specialist Manlift has launched a new mobile app that allows its rental customers to browse, reserve and schedule aerial work platforms in one process.

Announcing the Manlift Rental App in the Android and Apple App Store, the company said the app, available across the GCC countries and India, is part of its digital strategy to enhance customer connectivity and engage in new markets. The app’s interface is user friendly for customers and is designed to enhance jobsite productivity and the customer experience, Manlift added.

David King, group managing director, Manlift, said: “This online platform provides our customers with a digital tool to simplify their way of interacting with us. We are committed to delivering the best customer experience, which now includes the rental app. We have created a self-service rental experience that is information rich and is mobile and user-friendly to our customers who will increasingly operate in a more digital way.”

Manlift is currently working on further enhancing the app, where customers will be able to manage their entire rental activity and also be assisted via the app’s live-chat functionality, the company added.

Founded in 2007, the Dubai-headquartered Manlift Group is a fast-growing rental and sales specialist of aerial work platforms, and power generators. Currently, Manlift has a foot print in three countries – the UAE, Qatar and India – and has six depots with more than 2,800 machines.
