ServeU wins contract to provide FM services to Ayedh Hussein Bin Dejem Real Estate Group

Contract includes the Aydeh Tower in the Al Jaddaf area of Dubai

ServeU, the UAE-based facilities management (FM) solutions provider and subsidiary of Union Properties, has announced that it has won a new contract to provide ServeU Essentials services for Ayedh Hussein Bin Dejem Real Estate Group, owner of various real estate properties in Dubai.

As part of the agreement, ServeU Essentials will handle all facilities management (FM) services for the Ayedh Tower, a residential building owned by the group, under a three-year contract, the statement said.

Furthermore, ServeU will cater to all FM needs of the residential property, located at the heart of Al Jaddaf, Dubai, which include cleaning, lifeguarding, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), and more. The agreement seeks to maintain the property’s excellent condition and ensure residents benefit from the best quality maintenance and living standards in the emirate, it said.

Gary Reader, General Manager, ServeU, said: “At ServeU, we always aim to provide first-class FM solutions suited to our client’s special needs. We are delighted to support Ayedh Hussein Bin Dejem Real Estate Group in their efforts to maintain the safety, security, and maintenance of Ayedh Tower. Through our specialised ServeU Essentials offerings, we are confident to deliver the highest standards of services that would meet their residents’ needs and expectations.

“This agreement also moves us closer to our goal of strengthening our presence within the MENA region. Our experienced and highly competent staff will showcase the standard of services that we provide to help uphold Ayedh Tower’s position as a harmonious and well-maintained community. We are optimistic about establishing more successful relationships in the future as we continue to provide world-class services and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.”

Ayedh Hussein Bin Dejem Real Estate Group is a privately held business situated in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The company focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing real estate projects in the KSA and the UAE, including Ayedh Tower, which offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments with excellent amenities.

The real estate developer is under the larger Ayedh Bin Dejem Group, which is a well-established business that engages in transportation and trading, alongside real estate development. The group began in Jeddah, and has since expanded to the UAE, where it has acquired numerous landmark properties and developed new ones particularly in Dubai and Sharjah.

Commenting on the partnership, Zeyad Dejem, Vice President of Project Management and Procurement, Ayedh Hussein Bin Dejem Group, remarked: “At Ayedh Hussein Bin Dejem Group, we always look for the best service providers in the industry who share our standards and vision. We are confident that entrusting all FM needs of Ayedh Tower to ServeU will provide a strategic advantage for both of us, helping us enhance our service standards, maintenance, and operational success within Dejem Canvas.

“Together with ServeU as our exclusive FM provider, we will display first-class residential living in the UAE. We trust that their name speaks for itself as a premier FM service provider, and we look forward to the excellent upkeep of Ayedh Tower under their management.”
