Yango Group launches Yango Ventures to fuel startup growth

Yango Ventures to invest in early-stage startups with a focus on Online-to-Offline (O2O) services, B2B SaaS, and FinTech

Yango Group has announced the launch of Yango Ventures, a corporate venture fund designed to support promising startups across LATAM, Sub-Saharan Africa, MENAP, and other dynamic regions where the company has a strong presence.

The initiative aims to accelerate local innovation and entrepreneurial growth by providing both capital and strategic mentorship.

Yango Ventures is positioned to offer not just funding, but also access to Yango Group’s extensive network and industry expertise. By doing so, the company aims to create opportunities for startups to scale effectively, generate long-term impact, and drive meaningful technological advancements in their respective markets.

“We’re more than a tech company; we are an ecosystem committed to empowering entrepreneurs worldwide,” said Daniil Shuleyko, CEO of Yango Group. “At Yango Group, we believe that technology is not just about innovation—it’s a catalyst for tangible progress. Through Yango Ventures, we’re sharing our expertise and network to help startups scale, thrive, and drive meaningful change in their communities. Our mission is simple: let people grow with us. By supporting local talent with the right tools and resources, we aim to foster sustainable business growth and contribute to resilient, inclusive economies across the globe.”

Yango Ventures will primarily invest in early-stage startups from Seed to Series B, with a focus on Online-to-Offline (O2O) services, B2B SaaS, and FinTech. The fund has launched with an initial $20 million investment, with plans to expand its capital base as the startup ecosystems in these high-growth markets continue to develop. By targeting these sectors, Yango Ventures aims to support innovative solutions that promote digitalization and stimulate economic growth.

The initiative is backed by a diverse team of industry experts with deep expertise in transforming B2B SaaS and B2C technology into impactful services across various industries. The advisory team has experience in successfully developing and scaling platforms in sectors such as mobility, entertainment, fintech, artificial intelligence, and beyond, both within Yango Group and in external ventures.

Yango Ventures is a crucial component of Yango Group’s overarching strategy to foster entrepreneurship and drive digital transformation globally. The company’s approach blends cutting-edge technology, business expertise, and a commitment to nurturing local ecosystems, creating sustainable growth opportunities across diverse markets. Beyond funding, Yango Group also organizes networking events, collaborates with educational institutions, and hosts knowledge-sharing initiatives to equip future innovators with practical skills.

Through Yango Ventures, the company aims to solidify its role as a key driver of technological progress in emerging economies, supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs and fostering a future where technology enhances lives worldwide.
