AJEX Logistics earns Great Place to Work Certification in Saudi Arabia

AJEX Logistics Services, a leading express distribution and shipping solutions provider based in the Middle East, has been awarded the prestigious Great Place to Work certification in Saudi Arabia. This recognition, launched in 2021, is entirely based on the feedback of AJEX’s employees regarding their experience with the company.

Great Place to Work is a global authority on workplace culture and employee experience, helping businesses achieve success through strong leadership and engaged teams. AJEX’s certification underlines its commitment to cultivating a diverse and supportive work environment.

Since its founding, AJEX has quickly become a major player in the Middle East’s logistics industry, expanding its services in e-commerce, cold chain, and express shipping. Central to the company’s growth are its 1,500 employees, including 31% Saudi nationals and 13% women, reflecting AJEX’s commitment to both cultural and gender diversity. The team hails from 35 different nationalities, further highlighting the company’s inclusive hiring approach.
