Front End Limited Company and US-based Booster Fuels have signed a wide-ranging agreement to introduce technology-enabled mobile fuel delivery services across Saudi Arabia, marking a major step in the Kingdom’s push toward smarter, more efficient logistics operations.
The MoU was signed in Washington, D.C. under the patronage of President Donald J. Trump and HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during the U.S.–Saudi Investment Forum. The collaboration brings together Front End’s Fourth Industrial Revolution capabilities and Booster’s deep expertise in mobile fuel delivery, creating what both companies describe as a transformative model for fleet refuelling in the Kingdom.
Under the agreement, the two companies will establish a joint venture to deploy last-mile mobile fuel delivery services, beginning with a pilot phase in Dammam. The programme is designed to demonstrate efficiency gains for corporate fleets, service vehicles and high-density consumer zones. By localising Booster’s proprietary smart fueling technology, Front End and Booster aim to modernise fleet operations, cut downtime and reduce the overall cost of refuelling.
The Dammam pilot represents the first step in a phased rollout that is expected to expand to Riyadh, Jeddah and other major cities once the operational milestones of the initial launch are met. The initiative directly supports the Vision 2030 mandate to digitise logistics ecosystems and accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies in the transport sector.
Majid F. Alghaslan, Chairman and CEO of Front End Limited Company, said: “The execution of this MoU marks a tangible step toward enhancing technological and commercial cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the United States. Front End is committed to introducing transformative technologies to the Kingdom and considers Booster’s smart fueling capabilities the perfect solution to address growing market demand with greater efficiency and remarkable innovation. We’re ready to drive a new era of last-mile logistics and accelerate Saudi Arabia’s digital-first economy.”
Frank Mycroft, CEO of Booster Fuels, added: “Booster’s partnership with Front End represents a pivotal launchpad for our international expansion. Through joining forces with an esteemed Saudi-based entity, we have full confidence in our ability to successfully deploy mobile fueling technology in the Kingdom. Booster’s ethos vows to deliver safe and sustainable logistics solutions, and we’re honoured to be a part of Saudi Arabia’s industrial transformation.”
The partnership arrives at a time of strengthened U.S.–Saudi relations, with both countries increasing cooperation across deep-tech sectors, including artificial intelligence and next-generation infrastructure. The Front End–Booster collaboration is expected to contribute to the Kingdom’s growing ecosystem of modern logistics solutions, further positioning Saudi Arabia as a regional and global leader in smart mobility and fuel technology.
