Ritchie Bros lines up 1,200-plus items for June Dubai auction

Inventory includes heavy cranes and earthmoving equipment from big global brands for 18-19 June sale in JAFZA

Global equipment auction heavyweight Ritchie Bros. has lined up an inventory of over 1,200 pieces of heavy equipment and trucks at its upcoming summer auction in Dubai on June 18 and 19.

To be held at Ritchie Bros.’ yard in the Jebel Ali Freezone, the selection of equipment up for auction includes cranes, wheel loaders, hydraulic excavators, dump trucks and generators. Up for bidding will be more than 80 Caterpillar machines, including eight 966H wheel loaders. Also available will be over 30 cranes, including a 180t Zoomlion QUY180 unused crawler crane. Smaller equipment such as backhoe loaders, skid-steer loaders, compactors and gensets will also be auctioned.

Among the highlights of the Dubai auction are a 2011 Grove TMS900E hydraulic truck crane, three 2014 Zoomlion QY130V hydraulic truck cranes, three Komatsu PC800-7 excavators, four Komatsu HM400-2R articulated dump trucks and two Cat AP655F crawler asphalt pavers.

Ritchie Bros said that being an unreserved auction, there will be no minimum bids or reserve prices on the items being sold. Registering to bid is free and bids can be placed in person at the auction site or live online.
