Truck and Fleet Awards passes 1,000 votes

Nominations and votes accepted up to 12 February ahead of official awards at Raffles, Dubai on 28 February

Voting for the inaugural Truck and Fleet Awards has passed a 1,000 votes in a little over a month since the process began, say the organisers.

The Truck & Fleet ME Awards is set to take place on Mon 28th February 2022 at the Raffles Dubai.

The industry feedback and support for the unique awards has been hugely encouraging with hundreds of votes recorded across the categories, said CPI Trade Media.

Product Awards – including the Truck and Fleet ME Heavy Truck of the Year – are open to voting by the industry and it is possible for industry professionals to pick their favourite from the list of shortlisted options on the official Awards site.

Categories such as Truck and Fleet ME Fleet of the Year are also open to seperate nomination process.

Truck and Fleet Middle East editor Stephen White said thanked those that who had participated so far “in ensuring that our first ever awards event has gotten off to such a great start.”

He added that: “While it is great to have a high response to the Product Awards – such as the Truck and Fleet ME Heavy Truck of the Year, for me the most important category remains the Truck and Fleet ME Fleet of the Year. The run-up to the awards will now be concentrated on ensuring that we get the absolute best the region has to offer in terms of fleet operators on the winners’ podium.

“If you are a fleet in the region you really should be considering participating right now. Winning and even being nominated is an accolade in itself and will set you apart from the competition when you got for the next contract.
This is your opportunity to put yourself in the winners circle at the end of the February and also the shop window. Don’t miss out!”
