Al Habtoor Motors recognises its partners at its annual Aftersales Parts Dealer Convention in Dubai.

Winners received Mitsubishi Attrage vehicles and gold coins in recognition of their contribution to the company’s growth

Al Habtoor Motors has celebrated another year of customer service excellence and operational performance at its annual Aftersales Parts Dealer Convention in Dubai, recognising the vital role of its dealer network in sustaining the brand’s market strength.

The event brought together over 200 participants, including representatives from Mitsubishi Motors Middle East and Africa (MMMEA), Daimler Truck Middle East Africa (DTMEA), and Al Habtoor Motors senior management. The convention served as both a celebration of achievements and a platform to reinforce the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.

“As one of the leading automotive distributors in the region, we have been consistently committed and focused on providing the best customer service and attaining total customer satisfaction,” said Ahmed Al Habtoor, CEO of Al Habtoor Motors.

“We are continuously looking for ways to innovate and improve internally to allow us to provide more for our loyal customers. In celebration of our successes and progress thus far, we are happy to show the great appreciation we have for all our partners and employees for their significant roles in this initiative.”

This year’s focus highlighted the company’s ability to maintain and exceed its performance standards while seeking new customer segments and market opportunities. Al Habtoor Motors also emphasised the importance of operational consistency to sustain long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

The convention concluded with Performance Awards honouring top-performing parts dealers. Winners received Mitsubishi Attrage vehicles and gold coins in recognition of their contribution to the company’s growth and service excellence.
