Nissan has unveiled the 2026 Nissan Z Heritage Edition in the Middle East, introducing a limited-production model that celebrates the marque’s motorsport and performance heritage.
The special edition joins the Nissan Z line-up with styling inspired by some of the brand’s most iconic performance models, particularly the legendary GT-R. Designed for enthusiasts in the region, the model combines classic Z proportions with exclusive exterior finishes and modern performance technology.
The Heritage Edition is based on the seventh-generation Nissan Z and is distinguished by a Midnight Purple paint finish, a colour first made famous by the Nissan GT-R. It also features bronze 19-inch RAYS alloy wheels, underlining its motorsport-inspired character and exclusivity.

Thierry Sabbagh, Divisional Vice President and President, Middle East, KSA, CIS and India – Nissan and INFINITI, said: “The Middle East has long been home to one of the world’s most passionate communities of performance car enthusiasts. With the Nissan Z Heritage Edition, we are offering customers in the region a model that speaks directly to this passion, combining the legacy of the Z with design inspiration drawn from the legendary GT-R.
“This special edition has been introduced for drivers who value heritage and driving excitement, reinforcing our commitment to delivering vehicles that resonate strongly with our customers in the Middle East.”
While the Midnight Purple finish and bronze wheels reference Nissan’s GT-R lineage, the car’s overall shape remains faithful to the Z tradition. Its long-bonnet, short-deck silhouette and driver-focused stance draw inspiration from earlier generations, including the fourth-generation 300ZX (Z32).

Inside, the cabin combines retro-inspired design with modern technology. Features include a 12.3-inch customisable digital instrument display, three analogue pod gauges and a cockpit layout designed to strengthen the connection between driver and car.
Power comes from a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine producing 400 horsepower and 475Nm of torque. Customers in the Middle East can choose between a six-speed close-ratio manual gearbox with launch assist control or a nine-speed automatic transmission designed for rapid acceleration.
The model is also equipped with a range of driver assistance and safety technologies, including Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Lane Departure Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Alert.

Technology and connectivity features include an eight-speaker Bose audio system, navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Bluetooth connectivity.
The Z Heritage Edition joins the Nissan Z and Z NISMO in the company’s regional sports car portfolio and will be offered in limited numbers through Nissan’s authorised dealer network across the Middle East.
