Al Tayer Motors scoops major Ford Motor Company awards

Al Tayer Motors recognised for a 64% year-on-year increase in Ford vehicle sales and a 21% increase for the Lincoln brand

Al Tayer Motors, the exclusive importer-distributor for Ford and Lincoln vehicles in the UAE, has received three major awards from Ford Motor Company in recognition of its exceptional sales performance and customer service across the country.

The UAE-based automotive retailer secured the President’s Award for New Vehicle Sales for both Ford and Lincoln, alongside the coveted Lincoln Excellence Award 2024, following a 59% combined increase in vehicle sales during 2024. The honours were presented at the recent Ford Middle East Distributor Conference held in Dubai.

According to Ford Motor Company, Al Tayer Motors delivered a 64% year-on-year increase in Ford vehicle sales and a 21% increase for Lincoln, the highest regional sales performance for the luxury brand. These milestones reflect not only strong demand across both marques but also the distributor’s strategic focus on operational excellence and customer engagement.

Al Tayer Motors’ win of the Lincoln Excellence Award was based on its overall annual performance in vehicle sales and customer satisfaction, with particular emphasis on its industry-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS), reflecting consistently high ratings from Lincoln customers.

Commenting on the achievement, Ashok Khanna, CEO of Al Tayer Motors, said: “Our Ford and Lincoln sales and after-sales teams are committed to providing exceptional service at every stage. We continually invest in training our staff and improving our services and facilities.

“We are dedicated to enhancing our digital experience through our highly rated Al Tayer Motors app and e-commerce website, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable service and buying experience, both online and offline. These awards truly reflect our hard work and dedication.”

Ravi Ravichandran, President of Ford Middle East, praised Al Tayer Motors for its continued leadership and strategic execution. “Al Tayer Motors has been our most valuable distributor partner in the UAE, consistently delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving impressive sales growth on both Ford and Lincoln brands.

“Their strategic leadership vision with highly capable team, customer centric facilities and process helped achieve a combined 59% sales increase and boosted our brand rankings in this highly competitive market.

Looking ahead, Ravichandran expressed optimism about 2025, citing an exciting new product lineup that includes the all-new Ford Expedition, the first-ever Mustang Mach-E, the new Ford Territory, and the all-new Lincoln Navigator. These models are expected to further strengthen Al Tayer Motors’ momentum in the UAE automotive market.

He added: “With an exciting 2025 product lineup – including the all-new Ford Expedition, the first-ever Mustang Mach-E, the new Territory, and the all-new Lincoln Navigator we are confident Al Tayer Motors will build on this momentum and set new records.”

In addition to its passenger vehicle success, Al Tayer Motors is also the official UAE importer-distributor for Ford Trucks, where it continues to deliver strong results in commercial vehicle sales and after-sales services. The company has previously received multiple accolades for its commitment to excellence across all the brands it represents.
