Kia MEA debuts the Kia Carens facelift

The new Carens will be available in Middle East and Africa markets from this month

Kia Middle East & Africa has unveiled the new Kia Carens facelift, representing the most advanced and refined evolution of the popular family vehicle yet. Designed to meet the changing needs of modern families, the upgraded model brings a bold new design, smarter technology, and elevated comfort features — all underpinned by Kia’s commitment to innovation and everyday practicality.

The new Carens will be available in Middle East and Africa markets from November 2025, reinforcing Kia’s position as a leader in family-oriented mobility solutions.

The latest Carens embodies Kia’s “Opposites United” design philosophy, balancing dynamic aesthetics with functional elegance. The exterior adopts a bolder, more SUV-inspired stance, featuring a redesigned front fascia with vertical-style DRLs, a sculpted radiator grille, and a connected LED light strip at the rear. A reprofiled hood, new 17-inch alloy wheels, and an updated roof rack contribute to a confident, adventurous silhouette.

“The Kia Carens has long stood as a symbol of our commitment to purposeful design and innovation,” said Ahmed Soudodi, Vice President of Product & Marketing, Kia Middle East & Africa. “This latest uplift continues that journey, bringing together design refinement, advanced technology, and everyday usability to meet the shifting preferences of our customers.”

Inside, the cabin has been completely reimagined to create a sleeker and more welcoming environment. A new slim cockpit design and modern detailing — including reworked door handles and cleaner surface treatments — provide a sense of warmth and sophistication.

As the segment’s longest wheelbase, the new Carens continues to prioritise spaciousness, ensuring generous legroom and comfort for all passengers.

Technology upgrades take centre stage in the facelifted Carens, which now offers a suite of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) on par with Kia’s Sonet and Seltos models. Highlights include a 360-degree Surround View Monitor (SVM), Electronic Parking Brake (EPB), and Driver Power Seat — features aimed at enhancing safety, convenience, and ease of use.

The result is a vehicle that not only delivers on practicality but also raises the bar for design and connectivity in the compact family segment.

“Each generation of Carens reflects our ambition to go further — creating vehicles that are bold yet simple, distinctive yet practical,” added Soudodi.
