Jameel Motors to power Geely’s new energy commercial vehicles brand across the region

Jameel and Farizon partnership will serve markets with a combined population of over 450 million people

Jameel Motors (International) has announced a landmark collaboration with Zhejiang Geely Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group (Farizon Auto), which will see the distribution of Geely Farizon’s innovative New Energy Commercial Vehicles (NEV) across 11 countries. This partnership will serve markets with a combined population of over 450 million people, marking a significant step forward in the global transformation of the mobility sector.

Under the agreement, Jameel Motors will distribute a diverse range of Farizon’s electric, hybrid, hydrogen, and methanol-powered commercial vehicles. As China’s first commercial vehicle brand to offer a full range of new energy products, Farizon’s portfolio includes heavy trucks, light trucks, micro trucks, light commercial vehicles (LCVs), and buses. This collaboration signals new market entries for Geely Farizon, reinforcing Jameel Motors’ commitment to providing cutting-edge mobility solutions across the globe.

A key driver behind this partnership is Jameel Motors’ nearly 70 years of automotive experience. The company has built a solid reputation as a trusted provider of mobility solutions and a strategic partner for leading global automotive brands. By partnering with Geely Farizon, Jameel Motors is positioned at the forefront of the rapidly growing NEV sector, meeting the increasing global demand for environmentally friendly and energy-efficient vehicles.

This collaboration aligns with Jameel Motors’ technology-agnostic strategy, which focuses on expanding its product offerings to meet evolving customer needs while accelerating its international growth. The distribution agreements also reflect the company’s ambition to diversify its product portfolio to include greener NEVs such as hydrogen, methanol, and electric-powered commercial vehicles.

The deal will see the introduction of Geely Farizon vehicles in key regions such as Türkiye, Morocco, Egypt, Algeria, Japan, China, and more, underscoring Jameel Motors’ extensive global footprint and market expertise.

Jameel Motors (International) remains committed to advancing sustainable mobility solutions, with this partnership reinforcing its position as a leader in the NEV space. As global demand for clean energy vehicles continues to rise, this collaboration with Farizon represents a significant step toward a greener, more efficient future for commercial transportation.

With this strategic move, Jameel Motors and Geely Farizon are set to make substantial contributions to the global NEV market, fostering both growth and innovation within the mobility sector.
