Al Masaood and ADNOC Distribution seal new lubricants deal

Agreement builds on decades of collaboration between the two Abu Dhabi-based powerhouses and positions ADNOC Distribution as a critical supplier

Al Masaood Group has inked a strategic agreement with ADNOC Distribution to supply its service centres with locally produced ADNOC Voyager lubricants, in a move intended to bolster national industrial capacity and strengthen the UAE’s automotive value chain.

The collaboration will support Al Masaood’s operations across its key verticals – particularly its automotive and industrial divisions – further embedding locally manufactured products into the company’s aftersales and maintenance ecosystem.

Produced in the UAE and currently distributed in 46 countries, ADNOC Voyager is the nation’s best-selling lubricant brand. Its wide product range is set to serve the increasingly diverse needs of Al Masaood’s commercial vehicle, fleet, and passenger car servicing requirements. The agreement also aligns with both entities’ commitments to the Make it in the Emirates initiative and reinforces their In-Country Value (ICV) strategies.

Hani El Tannir, CEO of Al Masaood Group Industrial, said the agreement reflects a long-term vision: “We are proud to reaffirm our commitment to the national economy through this significant agreement with ADNOC Distribution. This partnership helps us to reinforce our strategic objectives across all our divisions and companies. This collaboration not only emphasises our shared values of operational excellence but also strengthens our long-standing relationship, paving the way for future opportunities and growth.”

From ADNOC Distribution’s side, Eng. Saber Mohammed Al Ammari, Vice President of Lubricant, Base Oil & Specialties, highlighted the synergy: “We are pleased to supply our high-performance, UAE-made ADNOC Voyager lubricants to Al Masaood Group, building on our two companies’ longstanding commercial relationship. This deal reinforces our role as a trusted partner in the advancement of the country’s industrial and automotive sectors, supporting the UAE’s economic diversification and growth.”

The agreement builds on decades of collaboration between the two Abu Dhabi-based powerhouses and positions ADNOC Distribution as a critical supplier to Al Masaood’s expanding aftersales network, which supports fleets, workshops, and consumers across the country.
