Alissa Automotive delivers 100 JAC light commercial vans to iMile in Saudi Arabia

With high payload capacity, manoeuvrability and cost-effective operation, the JAC Sunray models delivered will enhance logistics company’s last-mile operations and support its growth strategy in the Kingdom

Abdullatif Alissa Automotive, the official distributor of JAC Motors in Saudi Arabia, has delivered 100 JAC Sunray light commercial vans to local logistics provider iMile Delivery, strengthening the company’s last-mile delivery capabilities across the Kingdom.

The fleet expansion is part of a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing transportation efficiency and boosting logistical capacity in line with Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing e-commerce and delivery sectors. According to JAC, as urban and regional distribution demands increase, the JAC Sunray offers a reliable solution with its high payload capacity, manoeuvrability, and cost-effective operation, making it well-suited for large-scale urban delivery and regional logistics.

Alissa Automotive said that it has been actively expanding its presence in the Saudi commercial vehicle market, leveraging JAC Motors’ versatile product line-up and comprehensive local support network. This latest delivery underscores the company’s commitment to providing robust solutions for fleet operators and consolidates its foothold in Saudi Arabia’s commercial vehicle sector.

Enhancing last-mile operations

For iMile Delivery, the new vans will “significantly enhance last-mile operations, allowing for faster, more efficient deliveries” while supporting the company’s nationwide growth strategy, a statement announcing the delivery added.

Industry analysts noted that strategic collaborations between local distributors and international automakers are key to meeting the rising demands of Saudi Arabia’s logistics market, improving both service quality and operational coverage.
