Juffali Commercial Vehicles talks the opening of its pre-owned solutions operation, JuffaliTrucks in Dammam

The east coast city of Dammam in Saudi Arabia is best-known for being one of the most important centres for the oil and gas industry in the world. It is also a key logistics gateways for the eastern and central regions of The Kingdom, providing firms with a forwarding, warehousing and distribution hub for their Saudi operations.

According to the mayor of the Eastern Province (Al-Sharqiya) Fahad Al-Jubeir, the region also receives about 7,000 trucks daily. In a competitive market, being able to run your fleet procurement efficiently and profitably is essential to most firms looking for flexibility when it comes to securing new business or bolstering long term relationships.

To tap into this market Juffali Commercial Vehicles ( JCV) recently opened its newest branch of JuffaliTrucks, under the patronage of Sheikh Khalid Juffali and in the presence of Excellencies and its top customers in the region.

According to the pre-owned expert, Damman’s links with its own expansion, one that covers all cities of the Kingdom, is helping the achievement of the JCV’s own goals, services, and the sustainability – and open up more opportunities to for fleets to expand cost-effectively.

Strong ambitions

“Our vision and mission are to be the number one brand for the used trucks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” explains Heiko Schulze, CEO of Juffali Commercial Vehicles.

“At JuffaliTrucks, you will find a large selection of used trucks, trailers, semitrailers, and all brands, models, bodies, and ages. Plus, at all our locations in the Central Region (Riyadh), Eastern Region (Dammam), and Western Region ( Jeddah), you will receive the same professional advice and a comprehensive range of services during your truck purchase.”

Our vision and mission are to be the number one brand for the used trucks in the KSA back to 1974 when a joint venture between Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles and E.A. Juffali & Brothers launched the National Automobile Industry (NAI) in Jeddah to assemble Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles locally in Saudi Arabia. ( JCV) is the sole agent and distributor of Mercedes trucks and buses, and lately also a distributor for FUSO trucks and buses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In association with Daimler, JCV provides its customers with unparalleled quality Mercedes-Benz and FUSO products, with reliable service and support even in the remotest areas of the Kingdom through its more than 900 employees.

High standards

For JuffaliTrucks, the increasing interest in used trucks plays to its strengths. The dealer has an extensive pre-owned inventory that includes semitrailer tractor units with various applications, buses, vans, and used truck bodies. The stock has been converted to Saudi specifications and serviced based on standard Mercedes-Benz intervals.

“We guarantee our customers by checking all the pre-owned trucks in 3 stages (in Europe and upon arrival to Saudi Arabia, and before the final delivery to the customer) in addition to the trade-in of the used trucks and providing after-sales services with the highest standards of Daimler and Mercedes-Benz,” adds Mohammed Al Wardat, Director of JuffaliTrucks.

“As a result, we have accomplished many achievements and successes in a short period since the establishment of JuffaliTrucks in terms of sales and customer satisfaction. And our expansion plans to cover the whole Kingdom.”

Saudi clients may now view and inquire about used Mercedes-Benz trucks online thanks to JuffaliTrucks’ establishment of their website, www.JuffaliTrucks.com. Buyers can also find a wide range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles available for sale, including the Actros tractors, Arocs tractors, MCV buses, Tourismo busses, and Travego buses.
