Al Masaood Automobiles ‘honoured’ to receive uptime award

Distributor for Nissan, INFINITI, and Renault vehicles received ‘After Sales Uptime Initiative of the Year’ award at Truck & Fleet Awards

Al Masaood Automobiles, the exclusive distributor for Nissan, INFINITI, and Renault vehicles in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region, has received the ‘After Sales Uptime Initiative of the Year’ award at the Truck & Fleet Awards 2023.

The award recognises the company’s significant contribution to the ability of fleets to maximise their vehicles’ operations.

Al Masaood Automobiles has been lauded for its efforts to address and offer solutions that alleviate key pain points of customers – including the cost of maintenance, minimal downtime of vehicle fleet, provision of genuine parts, offering a one-stop-shop for both mechanical and body shop repairs with dedicated manpower and working bays.

In the specific initiative under evaluation, Al Masood Automobiles had optimised the fleet operations of a high-profile government entity in Abu Dhabi – with a fleet of over 5000 vehicles of varying sizes and makes.

The majority of the fleet being Nissan vehicles, Al Masaood Automobiles employed its deep automotive expertise and Nissan’s innovative service solutions, like the Nissan Express Service, to serve the authority’s fleet. This service includes checks of over 50 automotive components while ensuring the vehicle is ready for delivery within 60-minutes.

“We are truly honoured to receive this award as it reflects our efforts to enhance customer satisfaction by providing quick and effective aftersales services and minimal downtime for our fleet customers,” said Irfan Tansel, CEO, Al Masaood Automobiles, said.

“Uptime and optimal running are the backbone of fleet operations. Therefore, understanding the sensitivity of time for our customers and servicing them in a manner that will not disrupt their operations is a key priority for us.

“Afterall, dependable and convenient aftersales service is the true product of our company, and we are pleased to be recognized for that. At Al Masaood Automobiles, customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do.

“Customers are taken care of from the moment they purchase a vehicle and throughout every touchpoint in their ownership journey. This, for sure, would not have been possible without our dedicated aftersales and parts team, who worked tirelessly to serve our customers and win their loyalty.”

As a long-standing partner to various corporate and government entities in Abu Dhabi, Al Masaood Automobiles continually manages fleets of varying sizes and brands.

Supporting its fleet servicing operations, the company has recently upgraded some of its facilities to reflect the global Nissan Retail Concept (NRC). With dedicated services bays and teams available around the clock, the company offers comprehensive inspections with specialised diagnostic tools to ensure quick turnaround and little vehicle downtime, all of which are considered crucial factors in fleet management.

The Truck and Fleet Middle East Awards recognises the role manufacturers and distributors play in fostering the region’s automotive sector and ensuring that the customers get the products and services they need.
