Goodyear showcases tyre tech innovations at Mobility Live ME 2025

Goodyear uses the mobility platform to spotlight its latest tyre technologies and digital solutions designed for fleets operating in the region’s unique conditions

Global tyre giant Goodyear reaffirmed its commitment to fleet innovation and sustainable urban mobility at Mobility Live Middle East 2025, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from June 24–25, 2025.

Participating as a Silver Sponsor, Goodyear used the regional mobility platform to spotlight its latest tyre technologies and digital solutions designed for fleets operating in the region’s unique conditions.

Taking centre stage at Stand M29 in Hall 8, Goodyear unveiled a suite of intelligent tyre management tools aimed at enhancing fleet efficiency, performance, and safety.

Among the featured solutions was Goodyear CheckPoint, an automated drive-over reader that provides instant tire diagnostics to ensure vehicles are operating with optimal efficiency. Goodyear DrivePoint, a plug-and-play system, allows for quick and easy tire condition checks that enhance vehicle safety and performance.

Meanwhile, Goodyear Tire Optix, a mobile-enabled inspection platform, delivers real-time tire health diagnostics, assisting fleet operators with preventive maintenance to reduce operational downtime. Also on display was Goodyear TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), which provides up-to-the-minute insights into tire conditions. This tool allows fleet managers to make timely and informed decisions to plan maintenance more efficiently.

A key highlight at the booth was the regional debut of the KMAX S EXTREME GEN 2 tyre, Goodyear’s latest innovation engineered specifically for fleets operating in harsh Middle Eastern climates. The tire is optimised for high durability, enhanced grip, and performance consistency even under extreme temperatures, reflecting the company’s focus on localised solutions for regional customers.

Speaking at the show, Saban Gungor, General Manager, Sales Replacement, Middle East & Africa, Goodyear, said: “We are proud of our continued collaboration with different regional mobility stakeholders for the continued business growth in the UAE over the past 40 years.”

“Goodyear is a trusted mobility partner to fleets in the region, equipping them with technologically advanced tires tailored for the unique regional weather conditions. Our participation in Mobility Live again this year exemplifies our commitment to expanding our role as the preferred mobility partner for fleets on their digitalisation journey for durable and safe transportation.”
