eZhire claims it is now the biggest B2C car rental service in the region

“Our continuous growth at over 100% annually demonstrates the success of eZhire’s customer-centric, technology-driven approach"

eZhire, the world’s first fully on-demand car rental platform, is celebrating a major achievement, having reported a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 102% since its launch in 2016.

The firm claims that this exceptional growth demonstrates the strong demand for eZhire’s car rental services across the Middle East while positioning it as the largest B2C car rental service for residents in the UAE.

Founded with the vision to disrupt the traditional car rental process, eZhire has successfully transformed the industry by eliminating the need for security deposits, paperwork, and physical locations. Its app-based service enables customers to order vehicles around the clock, with delivery directly to their doorstep, offering an unmatched level of convenience and flexibility.

Operating in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, eZhire now serves over 650,000 app users and has delivered more than 300,000 vehicles, totalling over 4 million rental days. This customer-focused, fully digital service appeals to a wide range of users, including young drivers, tourists, and those new to driving. By simplifying the car rental process, eZhire has positioned itself as a leader in the mobility space, continuously expanding its reach and addressing the needs of previously underserved customer segments.

Hassan J. Saduzai, CEO and Co-founder of eZhire, expressed pride in the company’s accomplishments, stating: “Our continuous growth at over 100% annually demonstrates the success of eZhire’s customer-centric, technology-driven approach. This achievement is a testament to the dedication of our team, the trust of our customers, and our ability to innovate in an industry that has traditionally been slow to evolve. As we continue to expand across the Middle East, we remain committed to making car rentals more accessible, convenient, and flexible for everyone.”

eZhire’s rapid growth is also attributed to its tech-enabled operational efficiency, which allows it to cater to a broader market. By accepting debit cards without requiring deposits and offering a fully digital rental process, the company has opened up car rentals to new user segments and created fresh demand in the market.

The company’s success is reflected in several key milestones since its inception, including its expansion to Sharjah and Abu Dhabi in 2017, the launch of its Dispatch Center in 2022, and the introduction of operations in Saudi Arabia in 2023. With these achievements, eZhire has cemented its place as a dominant player in the region’s car rental industry.
