Bestune and SelfDrive set to introduce a fleet of 1,500 cars in the UAE

Collaboration aims to add a fleet of 1500 cars in the UAE and scale it up to 5000 cars across the GCC by Q4

SelfDrive Mobility, a leading mobility tech company and innovator in the Middle East’s car rental and subscription sector, has unveiled an exclusive strategic collaboration with FAW Group’s Bestune brand.

This groundbreaking partnership, facilitated through Al Khalid Auto, the authorised Bestune dealership, is set to introduce a fleet of 1,500 cars in the UAE and scale up to 5000 vehicles across the GCC by the end of Q4.

The agreement marks a significant milestone in SelfDrive Mobility’s mission to expand its subscription offerings with cutting-edge automotive solutions. Bestune, renowned for its innovation and superior build quality, will introduce two of its flagship models, the Bestune B70 and Bestune T77, to SelfDrive’s platform. Customers can now opt for subscription plans starting at AED 1749 and AED 1999 per month, respectively, with flexible terms ranging from one to 12 months.

Expanding the Frontiers of Subscription Mobility

This partnership is a strategic response to the increasing demand for flexible and affordable on-demand mobility solutions in the region. By integrating Bestune’s vehicles into its lineup, SelfDrive aims to deliver a seamless experience for users seeking high-quality vehicles without long-term commitments.

“By integrating our next-gen Bestune models with SelfDrive’s platform, we are redefining accessibility to high-quality vehicles in the region,” said Valen Yang, Deputy General Manager of FAW Bestune Global and Chief Operations Director for the Middle East & African Region. “This partnership aligns with FAW’s commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions.”

A Shared Vision for Customer-Centric Innovation

Al Khalid Auto, which plays a pivotal role in this collaboration, sees this as an opportunity to reinforce Bestune’s presence in the competitive GCC market.

“At Al Khalid Auto, we strive to bring exceptional automotive experiences to the region,” said Andrew Squires, CEO of Dealerships at Al Khalid Auto. “Partnering with SelfDrive allows us to meet evolving customer preferences while elevating Bestune’s market presence.”

Soham Shah, CEO of SelfDrive Mobility, highlighted the transformative potential of this collaboration, stating, “This partnership with FAW Bestune Global and Al Khalid Auto demonstrates our shared vision for revolutionizing the mobility sector. Together, we’re opening new possibilities for brands to directly connect with customers, creating value for all stakeholders in the ecosystem.”

Revolutionizing Mobility in the Middle East

This partnership not only underscores the rapid evolution of the car subscription market but also highlights the growing importance of strategic collaborations in shaping the future of mobility in the Middle East. By leveraging SelfDrive’s digital platform, customers will enjoy seamless access to Bestune’s premium models, supported by unmatched flexibility and affordability.

With a footprint spanning the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, KSA, UK, Ireland, and Turkey, SelfDrive Mobility has become a trusted platform for over 1.5 million customers from 95 nationalities. Offering access to more than 100 car models from 50+ renowned brands, SelfDrive continues to redefine mobility with its commitment to innovation and excellence.

This strategic move not only expands SelfDrive’s portfolio but also sets a new benchmark for the car subscription market, making premium vehicles more accessible to customers across the GCC.
